More about the role.

To provide accounts support to the management accounts team with all aspects of show accounting and reporting.

Like all roles at KMJ, you can expect your time at work to be fun, varied and challenging. We don’t like to stick to a firm job description as we know from experience that things change throughout the lifetime of a role, and it gives our people the chance to play to their strengths.

How you will make an impact.

  • Working closely with the management accounting team to ensure shows are settled promptly and accurately

  • Processing cash & card floats on the accounting system

  • Processing credit card transactions on the accounting system where required

  • Preparing manual payments for the payables department to process

  • Ensure artist payments and any other payments required are done so in a timely manner

  • Ensure the artist deposit schedule is kept up to date

  • Assisting the management accountants and finance department with reconciliations of accounts where needed

  • Liaising with venues and other external parties to provide final show settlements

  • Processing of invoices on the accounting system

  • Provide cover and assistance for the receivables and payables functions where required

  • Undertake any other relevant duties or reasonable requests as requested by any member of the senior management team

  • At least 1-year previous experience in a finance role is desirable, with the ambition to develop and learn

The job is a full-time job based in London with hybrid working.
