Reports to: Head of Events and Group Production
Location: London (with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office)

Job Purpose
To support the planning and delivery of the Kilimanjaro Live concerts, festivals, and other events. To provide office-based consistency and support throughout the year. To organise and coordinate freelance ‘reps’.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Advancing indoor shows with artist production and venues.
Working on site at shows, in the role of ‘promoter rep’ where necessary.
Working with promoters and production team to create and maintain event budgets, ensuring regular updates take place to allow forecasting throughout the year.
Booking and advising ‘reps’ for indoor shows across the year.
Completing the upcoming shows diary as shows are confirmed.
Engaging suppliers to hire equipment and services for events.
Working with the relevant Management Accountant on specific shows to ensure invoices are raised and pending payments are checked and approved appropriately.
Filing relevant paperwork with authorities or governing bodies such as PRS.
Ensuring internal company resource information file is kept up to date.
Review and design systems to maintain efficiency.
Acting as office-based support.
Undertaking any other relevant duties or reasonable request as requested by the Directors for the benefit of the company.
Experience
The ideal person will have:
Experience of live music touring, including knowledge of venues at a variety of scales.
A good understanding of what goes into delivering a show.
Excellent use of Excel and good communication skills.
Ability to deal with multiple projects consecutively, working at a fast pace but with good attention to detail.
